Scope of work

We prepare documents related to residence-status and visa applications for submission to public offices, act as agent for their submission, and advise on related matters.

We also undertake other licensing and permit applications, so please feel free to ask.

Fees

Our fees are as set out in the fee schedule on the Services page.

The actual fee may vary with the content of the engagement.

Costs payable in addition to fees

Out-of-pocket costs, including but not limited to revenue stamps, certificate issuance fees, postage, travel to and accommodation in remote areas, translation, and bank transfer charges, are billed separately from our fees.

Payment method

Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash.

Payment timing

As provided for in the engagement agreement.

When work begins

We begin work immediately once the engagement agreement has been concluded.

Engagements we cannot accept

We may be unable to accept an engagement where it would breach the law or public order and morals, or where any other ground set out in the Administrative Scriveners Act applies.

Cancellation (before work begins)

Cancellation before we begin work is generally accepted free of charge. However, if extra consultaion other than free consultaion session was made, we may charge for consultaion fees and other fees incurred.

Cancellation (after work has begun)

After the work has begun, we make refunds only if the cause is solely attributable to our office.
